You cherry pick a Bible quote trying to contradict Jer. 1:5; Psalm 139; Ephesians 2:10 and many others.
Besides that Near Death Experiences; with more than two or three reliable witnesses show that when dead people, even children are aware of conversations or objects far from the room that they are in —> therefore no human being can ethically deny a human soul consciousness their body; even if they doubt because they can’t prove the baby does not have a consciousness in need of his or her body. And the preponderance of the *observed* evidence is that children in the womb do experience the gamut of human senses more and more as they grow.
The historical battle started with primordial Adam & Eve – thinking they were smarted than *the Holy Spirit guided* Divine Revelation. Playing at heartstrings distortion ‘logical’ human conclusions leading to the painful chaos we live among today. Of course, the next was Cain, feeling sad & discouraged murdered Abel. Whether or not they were real is immaterial in as far as the solemn understanding teaching us to listen to God revealing God and God’s Ways.
There is a whole history since that time; however; recent history; whereby intellectual elitists fell into exalting human reasoned ‘logical’ autonomy over Creator/Laws of Nature/Nature’s God referenced in our Declaration of Independence. The truths stated are *self-evident* and give inalienable rights whereby the first is the right to life.
Playing dangerous semantics, giving into Vladimir Lenin’s logic (almost 100 years ago legalized child killing in Russia for the very same reasons given today – and he was an enemy of Christ Jesus, The Divine Revelation stored up in The Church of fallible people, even hypocrites who did horrible things to hurt the reputation).
There is nothing new under the sun. Historically one can find examples of child killing; the early Christians used to rescue children left in the elements. Child killing used to be almost entirely unthinkable, though. Someone can also cherry pick and misinterpret statements by Church Leaders throughout history; but God always want consciences made in God’s likeness & image, who need to be informed to protect the least among us; for Jesus Christ said the least are Jesus Suffering Servant (ref. Matthew 25:31-46). When someone of good will is duped by the intellectual elite, sometimes it is a mitigated unearned suffering with pain in the consciousness often anesthetized by every day cares for family – but being in the image & likeness of God, having something contrary to God’s self-giving thoughts, words, & actions, quite naturally causes disharmony.
Jesus Christ spoke of ‘tares’ (weeds) among the wheat. Jesus, impartially knows those who chose to exalt their own knowledge & logic over God’s Voice – knocking at the door of the heart & mind. In Jeremiah, the Bible speaks of those who choose prestige and/or power of influence and/or wealth and/or over recreation or pleasure seeking – who can’t even feel ashamed nor can they even blush. Jesus taught the pious appearing ones – striving in being in right worth-ship with God; giving offerings to spread the Word of God; giving alms – seeming to care about the poor : that they lacked justice & mercy and were white washed tombs. Paul the Apostle taught that they had ‘seared consciences.’
So when someone says the powerful should use their power over the weak; creating divisions; seducing the vulnerable of good will; while Jesus Christ only impartially knows hearts& minds – in gives and indication by the fruit they bear, for He taught we can discern a tree by it’s fruit. So those who want to claim they have God like powers to determine a helpless child’s fate; and teach others not to be self-giving in true charity for ‘material’ based philosophy/ideologies/agendas – they certainly cannot be trusted. In Matthew 11, Jesus Christ taught they attempt to force there way into The Kingdom of God by violence. Vladimir Lenin callously referred to this as ‘breaking a few eggs to make an omelette,’ using supposed caring about the poor & social justice to form some kind of secular humanist dictatorship of moral relativism peace & safety ‘Utopia.’ Whether the oppression is totalitarianism or intellectual elite using emotionally charged ‘material’ based logic to dupe children more and more over the decades & generations form a biased mob mentality in education/medical communities/media/politics/arts&entertainment it is the same thing; the most helpless like tiny children, elderly, and sick – the least among us taking the place of Jesus Christ in the historical continual Mock Trial of Jesus Christ. So many are duped into choosing Herod – a moral relativist & Barabbas(son of daddy) murderous insurrectionist. Thank God many will beat their chests in repentance after the Crucifixion for saying things like, ‘let His Blood be on us and all of our generations,’ ‘we choose Barabbas,’ and ‘Crucify Him, Crucify Him!’ Sadly just like Pilate (what is truth?) and Herod became friend ‘to this very day,’ many intellectual elite keep up Jesus Christs’ Mock trial, claiming victory and power over Suffering Servant & the least among us. “On hearing this, Pilate asked if the man was a Galilean. When he learned that Jesus was under Herod’s jurisdiction, he sent him to Herod, who was also in Jerusalem at that time. When Herod saw Jesus, he was greatly pleased, because for a long time he had been wanting to see him. From what he had heard about him, he hoped to see him perform some miracle. He plied him with many questions, but Jesus gave him no answer. The chief priests and the teachers of the law were standing there, vehemently accusing him. Then Herod and his soldiers ridiculed and mocked him. Dressing him in an elegant robe, they sent him back to Pilate. That day Herod and Pilate became friends -before this they had been enemies.” – Luke 23:6-12
“Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust consume and where thieves break in and steal, but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consumes and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.” – Matthew 6:19-21 *note that raising human logic above Creator given *self-evident* truths of inalienable rights like life – is diametrically opposed to building a treasure in Heaven.
